Terrible experience. The doctor seemed more focused on getting through the appointment than listening to the patient. She talked over me, didn't allow me to ask questions, and came across as rude and dismissive. I left feeling unheard and rushed. The receptionist was polite and helpful, which was the only positive part of my visit. I think I need a different location.
Dean, Alan and Diana are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. Exam was right at my appointment time. Very friendly atmosphere- store is immaculate!!!
One of my best experiences in optical ever.
Everyone was so sweet and really eased my anxiety. Multiple people helped me pick out frames! Both the doctor and doctor's assistant do a really good job here!
