Called and spoke with Vikki to order contacts, she was extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure why SVS would hire such an unprofessional person, or even allow them to "manage" an office. SVS Vision exhibits an unfortunate disregard and respect for their customers. I would leave ZERO stars if I could, please go elsewhere for your medical needs as they are inept to handle them with any sense of regard and competence.
Savanah helped me with an issue where she went beyond and over to get me a good resolution. She didn’t stop trying, until she got me a good result. It’s hard to find caring staff such as her. I appreciate you Savanah and from here on I will be going to her for my optical needs.
I went to the Waterford location and had the pleasure of meeting Keetha what a great salesperson!! Amazing! She got me to the price I wanted, personally wow so funny made me feel so comfortable. The whole staff was upbeat, laughing and enjoying there jobs. That's the kind place I want to go! I will from now on go to them. Thanks Keetha you were awesome!!
