Heidi was the friendly face at the desk eager to greet me. Jackie was the sweet & smooth operator confirming my appointment. During my visit she made sure I understood the lenses I was ordering and let me know my options. Dr. Campion was energetic and full of positive energy as he helped me determine the fate of my eye balls. My trip to the office was quick and simple. The employees seemed to value the customer experience and displayed top level professionalism.
Dawn at the 26 and Van Dyke location was so pleasant to speak and interact with and she was so attentive and helpful when I was trying to decide things. A companies greatest resource is their people and she was the absolute best.
SVS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST AT GETTING YOU IN AND OUT WHEN YOU HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE, AND THE SERVICING IS JUST SOMETHING YOU DONT SEE MUCH ANYMORE!!!! Special thanks to Dawn!!!
I can’t say enough good things about the SVS Vision at 26 Mike in Shelby Twp. I was able to get an appointment with little notice, everyone in the office was so nice from the receptionist to the technicians who helped with selecting and measuring glasses. Dr. Kyle Campion was so friendly and professional and didn’t rush through the appointment. You could tell he loved his job. I would highly recommend Dr Campion.
