Called customer service almost 2wks ago due to they were overcharging me with my insurance, I also felt my exam was rushed and feel my prescription isn’t even right!!! Never got a response from customer service!!
I called to let them know I would be less than 10 minutes late for my 4 PM appointment due to traffic and I was told I would have to reschedule. I ended up arriving at the location at 4:05 and was still told I would have to reschedule. After being a patient and customer at this location for years, I was very irritated by this as I have never been late for an appointment and it was literally five minutes. The main manager and eye doctor were amazing but rude staff member. Props to the manger she can handle business.
They make it so convenient and easy to call to re-order your contacts. Very nice, professional staff. Definitely recommend.
