My experience. Went in around 12/18/25. Was fitted for and ordered glasses. Transitioned from contacts. Was suggested to have them delivered to my home. Waited and called today 01/03/26 to check status and was told my prescription was never ordered and as of 01/26 my insurance is no longer accepted. I now will have to find somewhere else, re order and wait. I have significant vision issues and am again waiting around without proper sight. All I’m told is sorry. Great store!
Everyone at the Cleveland Euclid location was really patient and enjoyable to work with, was mainly working with the manager she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped me on the floor with finding the best glasses. Really great place over there with awesome employees.
