Love this office! Been getting glasses here for years, and I just got a pair of bifocal computer glasses, made for both close range (papers on my desk) and mid range (computer screen). It is fantastic not to have to tip my head back all day long to see my computer screen...I just look straight on! Wish I had gotten these 10 years ago! Plus, I wanted a new pair of regular glasses too, and got half off! Good quality product, great prescription for the vision, and a super nice bunch of people, to boot!
Iove SVS they are amazing from the discounts and coupons they send in the mail to the friendly staff they are amazing love these guys. Been going here for almost six yrs and now my hubby goes too and my mother in law is soon to follow. Want a great place to go for contacts and glasses come here!!
I went in with goal to get glasses. My vision is really bad (I could only see the first 3 lines). The doctor was really nice and friendly; he didn t make me feel nervous one bit and he answered all my questions professionally.When I was done, I already had a pair of glasses in mind. There were two ladies (Rebecca and Colleen I believe), and they were very nice. I bought two pairs of glasses, and one of them has smudges on the lenses that I did not cause. It is a smudge from the poor quality of the plastic and the coating they put on the plastic. I took them back to the store, to see if they would repair this obvious defect. But they said it was scratches and it wasn t. It was the poor plastic quality that caused the smudge and they will not service their poor workmanship. MOST EXCELLENT Service and Fast too!!! Never had a problem and the employees are very nice and Know the trade.
The entire staff at SVS Vision makes you feel like you are the only patient they have. We have been patients for 7 years and I wont go anywhere else for contact lenses.
