Very disappointed, annoyed and upset about how I was treated and how my eye care is not taken seriously . I purchased Michael Kors glasses from here out of pocket in 2023 . About 6 months in I realized those were not working and that I was having even more issues so I go back in 2024 and explain all of that . They check me again say that’s the correct prescription. Pam is a phenomenal store mamager. If it was not for Pam, I would have never got a pair of glasses that worked for me. I highly recommend Svs vision in Mentor, and if you have any questions or concerns, Pam is so willing to help. Thank you Pam for making things right. I am just so thankful.

Ms. Pam & her assistant was a delight. They welcomed My son & I with no hesitation. Their customer service skills were impeccable. They were able to re-examine my eyes & get the proper prescription type I needed. My glasses are amazing. If feels good to have that sight I once had as a kid. With Pam's words of kindness, my son felt very confident in his new glasses. He'd never worn glasses before. I would highly recommend this location but I won't.
