Amazing staff and doc here. They took wonderful care of me. Life’s been tough, it’s nice to know there’s still good people out there. I highly suggest coming here. Pam was amazing, she breaks down everything your insurance covers and what you may have to pay. Lots of choices in frames as well.
I don’t have enough amazing things to say about SVS Vision. I called SVS out of desperation on the way to a baseball game in Cleveland and ended up meeting the kindest most amazing people ever. I ripped my left contact and did not have a spare (that’s a longer story). I was over two hours away from my eye doctor and desperately seeking an appointment to get a trial set of contacts or anything to help during this trip. I stop in the store an look at frames an the staff was very helpful. Latisha has very good customer service skills.I was impress an end up buying glasses.
Wonderful staff….very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and affordable!! There lenses are more durable than other places I have had glasses from!! If you want a fantastic eye doctor and experience……check SVS out!!
