Both myself and my daughter have recently had exams and purchased two pairs of glasses and contacts. The staff was incredibly helpful with an issue we had. Rich saw to it that the issue I had with my glasses was resolved. And the patience shown with my kids was wonderful. Great place with great, helpful staff.
I have been going here for several years but these 2 guys are there now and they are not the best to deal with. Probably going to find somewhere else to go.

In a follow-up to my post from a few days ago about the clear coating peeling from my glasses, SVS has contacted me and is rectifying the problem. Apparently, it was a clerical error, and they were more than gracious in resolving the issue. I will highly recommend SVS Vision Chesterfield.
I came to SVS two years ago and had a wonderful experience, but this year the two male receptionist were rude and unprofessional. They were complaining about how long it took the young lady who did me and my daughters eye exam and she was really nice and thoroughly and talking about customers and made me and my family feel uncomfortable, very unprofessional.
