Called on the phone and spoke to rusty today October 16th to ask if they take walk ins or if I could make an appointment for tomorrow and told her I needed an eye exam because I temporarily lost peripheral vision today . She told me I would have to wait until the end of October or beginning of November to get an eye exam due to being fully booked. Both myself and my daughter have recently had exams and purchased two pairs of glasses and contacts. The staff was incredibly helpful with an issue we had. Rich saw to it that the issue I had with my glasses was resolved. And the patience shown with my kids was wonderful. Great place with great, helpful staff.
I have been going here for several years but these 2 guys are there now and they are not the best to deal with. Probably going to find somewhere else to go.

In a follow-up to my post from a few days ago about the clear coating peeling from my glasses, SVS has contacted me and is rectifying the problem. Apparently, it was a clerical error, and they were more than gracious in resolving the issue. I will highly recommend SVS Vision Chesterfield.
