I have been having difficulty with the Adrian office for two years now. Last year, 2024, I was told that they were not doing eye exams. I scheduled my appointment at the Ann Arbor location. We had.our glasses delivered to the Adrian location and was informed that they had not discontinued eye exams. This year I called the Adrian location on March to schedule our eye exams and reached a recording that stated they would return the call. No returned call. I am so happy that I found SVS! I had the best exam ever! The doctor did a complete job. She explained to me everything as she examined my eyes. They have a nice assortment of frames. I picked my frames out and they marked for my bi-focals. My glasses were made. A couple weeks later I received a text they were ready for pickup. I went in and they. fitted me and adjusted my new glasses. Throughout this process everyone was very friendly! I WILL GO BACK FOR ANY FUTURE GLASSES!

I came in today for an eye exam and new glasses . I must say they did a very thorough exam and keep me informed through the whole eye exam process of what they were doing and why ,and answered all my questions . The only thing was the out of pocket I had to pay on my glasses right then but overall a good visit.
