Last year I had problems scheduling an appointment. No one ever answers. The eye doctor was great but I had to come back a week later to see the doctor again. I wasn’t able to make the appointment and I kept calling to reschedule, even at different times of the day and it took multiple days/ weeks to finally get a hold of someone to reschedule. Dr. Hoff is a breath or fresh air for the adrian svs. Never felt rushed even being the last appts of the day. She answered every question with details for me and my teenager.
