My son and I were both had appointments this morning. I get there early and this family of four who was late for their appointment got taken back first. My appointment was at 10:30. 11:30 rolls around and they still hadn't seen one of the four people, my baby had just woken up, and my older son was about to miss lunch. Horrible experience! Went to the location in Wayne MI. Extremely overpriced! Wouldn't give a full refund when I cancelled with them because I couldn't afford the glasses. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
Horrible I've been back 4 or 5 times they can't get it right. Asking for a full refund and going somewhere else! They also cannot fit me in for a recheck (15 minutes) anywhere. I'm not taking another day off work for this.
Great eye exam. Terrible support staff. 2 trips to store for glasses and a least 2 more trips to get mess straightened out maybe. Would be a great place to start a real eye glass store.
We did not have a good experience here at all. When I arrived for my son's appointment, I was only greeted with the chatter of the employees talking amongst themselves. I waited several minutes for them to finish talking. I finally was able to ask where to go for his exam, and I wasn't even waiting at the right counter. Once he was seen the eye dr was rude, and impatient. My son is very well behaved for his young age, however, he was treated like a burden. Luckily he didn't notice it. I completely agree with you Jerrod.crummel. I also experienced the same thing. I had gotten my glasses there and it had been some time so I thought I would go in and have them take out the lenses and clean them up really good for me. This same lady told me to take them home & wash them in Dawn dishsoap. If that's what I wanted, I would have done that. I wanted a professional cleaning and someone who was trained to take out the lenses and put them back in without breaking them, which I was sure I would do, I just couldn't bel... read more

In the beginning, the service was rough. I vowed that I will rate them a -0. I guess you can say i got checked by the appointment setter/receptionist, so when I missed their call to confirm and called back the receptionist got beside herself. Could i walk in or do i have an appointment, geez make up your mind. The moment I was about to tell her to kick rocks she lower her tone and got right. So, she booked me for a Saturday to make peace. Worst place in the world to go get your eyes examined. Very poor servce and the people that work there do not seem to care about customers. I was made to feel bad for not upgrading to non scratch lenses and sun lenses. I was then told that my glasses would get scratched, would be bulky with the heavier glass and probably would not like them.
