Not sure if I'd come back here as a patient. The Dr never introduced themselves when I was called back and when I was asking the staff some questions about what my insurance covers along with how much I am being billed the DOS they were kinda rude. Although the staff was a little unorganized, I am very grateful that I received a new prescription that I can see much better with.
Staff was great, very professional. Optometrist was thorough and professional. Nice selection of frames and with insurance very affordable. Definitely would recommend to everyone!
I went to SVS Vision Optic on November 26th, 2024 at 09:00am to get a quote for installing my new prescription lenses (progressive with anti-reflective) on my old eyeglass frame that I brought in and they (SVS) quoted me at $620 which I thought was outrageous because Black Friday is everywhere now. I then went to their competitor the same day (America's Best) and for the same lenses the quote was $198 by them.
