I had a great experience with the dr and assistants. I got 2 pairs ordered and trial contacts on the way Great frame selection also!!!
This was my first time going and everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful! I felt very welcomed
The optician that took my daughter back for the initial screening was not friendly or even kind. My daughter wore her contacts as she was instructed on the phone and the optician didn’t do her full assessment because the contacts were in. And she would not offer her a contact case. .Once she was with the Dr it was the fastest eye exam I have ever seen. And his initial question to her was why was she there. I've gone here for nearly 10yrs and made the mistake of trying a local independent. Kimberly, Paula, and Diane saved the day by helping me to get what I needed from the doctor I tried. Then they converted everything into the contacts and glasses I need thru SVS. These ladies truly care about their clients! That's a big deal when most businesses don't care anymore.
