Terrible.Prescription was totally wrong.Had to contact area manager to get it corrected. Required having to choose new frame.No one seemed qualified at doing there job including the doctor or the person who measured where my no line bifocal should have been.
They are always friendly, do as they say they will, call with reminders. Great location and very good service/care.
If you call and make an appt in the Stockbridge office and show up and the girl mistakingly makes the appt. for the following Tuesday, It is your fault!!! This is what happened to me this morning. I called on Friday, made an appt. for Tueday morning, got to what I thought was my appt. and was told it is next week....but if you want we can try to work you in....hello...I'm standing there in my scrubs ready to go to work myself and you will TRY to work me in???? I have used svs for two years, they have been easy to work with and very helpful. Their glass breakage gurantee and service will bring me back everytime .
A local favorite of mine They are always available for walk-in emergencies. Friendly, helpful staff.
