I completely agree with you Jerrod.crummel. I also experienced the same thing. I had gotten my glasses there and it had been some time so I thought I would go in and have them take out the lenses and clean them up really good for me. This same lady told me to take them home & wash them in Dawn dishsoap. If that's what I wanted, I would have done that. I wanted a professional cleaning and someone who was trained to take out the lenses and put them back in without breaking them, which I was sure I would do, I just couldn't bel... read more
There is a very heavy-set woman who works there. I don t know her name because whenever I tell anyone about her, they know exactly who I am talking about without a name. She is rude to myself, my fiance , and even my 4 YEAR OLD SON! The worst thing is that they had a woman with wonderful customer service skills but let her go for reasons that are none of my business.
