Horrible experience! Went to the location in Wayne MI. Extremely overpriced! Wouldn't give a full refund when I cancelled with them because I couldn't afford the glasses. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
We did not have a good experience here at all. When I arrived for my son's appointment, I was only greeted with the chatter of the employees talking amongst themselves. I waited several minutes for them to finish talking. I finally was able to ask where to go for his exam, and I wasn't even waiting at the right counter. Once he was seen the eye dr was rude, and impatient. My son is very well behaved for his young age, however, he was treated like a burden. Luckily he didn't notice it. these people don't care about their service and/or products or customers plan on waiting while staff chats and if you get defective glasses you are out of luck go any where but here
