We have gone to SVS vision in Waterford for years, the eye doctors and staff are really friendly and very helpful. They listen to parents and their patients. They have a very nice selection of frames for children and teens.
Stopped at an America's Best to look at frames, and no one got off their chair to talk to me. Came to SVS and Renee popped up and showed me frames I was interested in. She's attentive and funny. Although I ended up using my old frames, they fitted new lenses. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!!
The staff is great. Very friendly and extremely helpful and insightful. Renee took time to explain my prescription and placement of my trifocals, and frame selection. Thank you so much.
My disabled mother in law finds it hard to obtain transportation to her appointments frequently. Yesterday 12/20 we were finally able to get her there and we arrived BEFORE 6PM and they were already closed(which I made sure to have proof of to back up this claim). They refused to fit her glasses, despite the phone call she made on our way there, when the lady said “as long as you’re here before 6pm we can help you” they PURPOSELY closed before she got there so they didn’t have to help her.
