I have been a long time Visionworks customer, but could not get in for days, so I decided to go to SVS Vision. Was literally in and out and under 30 minutes and it always took Visionworks over an hour sometimes an hour and a half to get me out. Customer service was fabulous and it is my new place! ❤️😎👁️😎👁️
I went in for my eye exam today and will NEVER return again. The doctor lost his cordialness and kindness many years ago. He was so cold, rude and loud in response to me. I was clearly interrupting his day. I had the same prescription as last year. Please don't go to the Plymouth Road location ever!!!!!
