I went for an Exam & to order replacement glasses. The friendly & professional staff was welcoming & put me at ease. Jennifer helped me to choose frames & lenses & the experience exceeded my expectations.
Normally a great place, I brought in a pair of safety glasses under the warranty replacement, the replacements do not get dark like the old set, nothing is as clear as the pair they replaced. I’ve called twice and went to the store once, they said they ordered what I got last time but they are not the same glasses. She basically told me tough shit. I went to SVS at 23 mile and Gratiot for the first time today. The eye exam was performed by Dr. Atleski. I’ve had annual eye exams for over 50 years. Dr. Atleski’s exam was phenomenal. She is extremely thorough. Top notch!
