I had a truly excellent experience at the Sheffield SVS Vision. The manager was very friendly and greeted me warmly upon my arrival. The optician dedicated ample time to assist me in selecting the perfect two pairs of frames: one with tinted polarized sunglass lenses, and the other clear for driving. Had a Saturday appointment, they sent me a text to confirm, I confirmed and then went to this location Saturday only to find they were closed. No one bothered to tell me or get me to reschedule so I drove out for nothing. Don't go to this location they will only waste your time.
They Are So Slow!!!
Received a phone call that I had to pick up my refund due to the fact that my glasses order couldn't be filled. The website states the business is open on Saturdays butI have gone numerous times on a Saturday and your location has been closed. My work schedule prevents me from going during the week. You need to change the hours on your website to reflect the hours you are actually open.
The woman was already helping me then started helping another customer then tells me it’s going to be a few minutes. She was already helping me first? They also don’t have an actual doctor. Who wants a virtual visit for an eye exam?
