Good selection of frames for glasses, while customer service was great
I had a truly excellent experience at the Sheffield SVS Vision. The manager was very friendly and greeted me warmly upon my arrival. The optician dedicated ample time to assist me in selecting the perfect two pairs of frames: one with tinted polarized sunglass lenses, and the other clear for driving. Both frames were delivered and are remarkably impressive, durable, lightweight, and of the Flexon brand. My vision is now exceptionally clear. Had a Saturday appointment, they sent me a text to confirm, I confirmed and then went to this location Saturday only to find they were closed. No one bothered to tell me or get me to reschedule so I drove out for nothing. Don't go to this location they will only waste your time.
