They are some of the kindest people here I have ever met. All the staff was kind accommodating with my husbands physical limitations and helpful. The Doctor was so understanding and patient and explained everything she was looking at and for. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Everyone here was wonderufl and kind. Picking out glasses is nerve wrecking for me so they were honest what looked nice on me and what didn't. They made my experience easy and I am really happy with the exam and new (and first) pair of glasses. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Very unfriendly, esp the Blue Haired Lady up front. The gentleman was very informative but not the friendliest two at All.
Love the entire team at this location! Been going there since 201s it’s my forever place for my eyeglass needs. The doctor is so friendly and explains everything and the rep that helped my husband and I was great! I think her name is Rachel? You know who you are! Can’t wait to pick up my beautiful glasses soon!
Optometrist was great, all the staff was great. Very friendly, helpful. Only reason it's not 5 out of 5 stars is my glasses came in and the automated system didn't call me, I called and was told that my glasses were in and had been in for 4 days. I went to pick them up and wasn't even given extra glass cleaners or microfiber cloth. But I love my glasses.
