As long as everything follows the usual process, there doesn’t seem to be an issue. However, if anything falls outside the norm, it appears to throw the staff off and they’re unable or unwilling to accommodate you the same day. I was told the doctor has a very tight schedule and leaves right at 6:00, so there is “no flexibility” because they are very busy, and that fitting me in would mean “bumping” someone else out of their spot. April at the Northville store was amazing! No pressure buying, picked out some glasses for me, beyond informative. I was at ease, left feeling great with my purchase. I definitely recommend this place. I can't wait to get my new glasses.
I came to the doctor for an issue with my eyes and they refuse to let me take my appointment or see the doctor .. why? Coz I have an eye exam with glasses this year .. I kept telling her I have a problem with my vision not my glasses and I need the doctor but after they kept me 15 minutes they refused !!! Greedy , dumb looking for $$$ only

Very inconvenient. Came here from 10 miles away, supposed to be closed at 3pm but it was closed at 1, wasted alot of time. 😬
