The staff is very friendly. I got my partial back really quickly.
I chose this location to get my first pair of glasses and will never return. My experience started off well, but that changed after I received my glasses. Upon getting home, I went to clean and inspect for issues. One temple was covered in a sticky glue and scratched. I went to clean the lens and noticed what I thought was a scratch/defect but soon found 4 more and realized they etched their logo. The woman in the front was so rude I just threw my hands up and picked another eye dr. It's a shame, but no one here knows what they r doing, so if you have a medical problem, DO NOT GO HERE.
All staff was very nice but not very efficient wrong prescribe 4 par of glasses and never examined me for prism glass, all for pair never corrected my vison .still was using magnifying glass to read. returned to ask about prisms last year receptionist (OH yeas we can...) how about the refund for th3e $799. one year and 600. the next . My ophthalmologist in sept, had specialist exam me and confirmand the were needed.
