Very nice employees. However, my insurance did not cover a contact lens exam, and I did not know this until after, where I was charged $70.
Booked an appointment for my spouse here for his eye exam and contact fitting. The ladies at the front desk are rarely helpful and were rude like they're tired of their jobs and the people. They kept saying he wasn't allowed to drive until his contacts came in to which we kept repeating he DOES NOT drive and he HAS glasses. They just kept repeating that he was too blind and asking how he could go without glasses...when he has glasses. The staff is very friendly. I got my partial back really quickly.
I chose this location to get my first pair of glasses and will never return. My experience started off well, but that changed after I received my glasses. Upon getting home, I went to clean and inspect for issues. One temple was covered in a sticky glue and scratched. I went to clean the lens and noticed what I thought was a scratch/defect but soon found 4 more and realized they etched their logo.
