I left a 5 star review 3 years ago, but this year I have to change it to a 1. It is sad because as I am writing this, they have a 4.8 rating. I can't imagine that rating staying that high anymore. Dr Knight is amazing, but DO NOT GO TO DAVISON SVS unless you want them to keep your contacts/glasses and not contact you when they were delivered. If you want to hear about the employees complain about their job, then by all means... stop by this SVS.
I just got off the phone when I was inquiring about information to schedule an appointment for a patient and the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive on the phone. I don’t not understand the disrespect and do not appreciate it under any circumstances!
This would have been much higher as my first couple experiences with them were adequate, but lately when I call for an appointment I got one employee that acted offended that I even called and tried to schedule me 6 weeks out, and again today I called back after 3 more months and got placed on hold without anyone saying anything at all, not even svs please hold. They have really slipped.
The service is great and the glasses are good quality.
