This is my second attempt to have my daughter’s eyes checked. This location is habitually short staffed and organizational systems aren’t the best either. First time we tried the appointment, we were on time and they were running over 1 hour behind. NUMEROUS phone calls to reschedule said appointment but not 1 apology for their timing issues. 2nd attempt, the 2 staffers couldn’t just hand me the check in forms, which delays things even further. Took my grand daughter to pick out frames and the staff was very nice and hands-on, patient and made my gran daughter feel comfortable
