Made appointment weeks prior, showed up 15 minutes early to check in with confirmation email in hand and to my surprise, "theres nothing the system" about me or my appointment I made on THEIR website with my private health information and have confirmations from them. Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can and NEVER share your information with them because it might just disappear.
I had absolutely no problem calling to see if they had any openings. I was told to come right in. There was no wait before I was helped. I wasn't pleased with the small selection of glasses frames for my insurance, but did find one pair that was acceptable. I only have about a week left before I pick them up and I'm positive that I'll be pleasantly surprised by the results of my vision.
