I have been a customer with SVS as well as my spouse for 6 years. If I am not happy with my frames in my 45 day window Billy and Tracy are always friendly and understanding. They say (we want you to be happy with your glasses’) They both are fantastic ladies. I am picky on my glasses and have a certain style I like, if I am not happy they always come through in assuring I get frames I’m most happy with. That is real customer service!
Excellent service and wonderful experience
Warning!!! Do not Go There, I brought my glasses back in for a refund, they set on my cheeks and didnt fit me. I was given a partial refund, but the other was on a credit card from my Ins company, They put in writing they would mail me a check because the card was expired., I have that typed and signed by the manager at Vision works. I called all week and I couldnt get them to answer until today, This was so underhanded. Shitty and they sat there and kept changing the schedule and we was arguing over the phone because they didn’t know what the heck they was doing
