Very nice staff. Always a good experience.
Overall this place was blah. The dr was ok but she was also very blah, she seemed like she would rather be any where else but there, almost sad-like. I tried to joke and make small talk with her and I didn't get much of a response. Couldnt use bathrooms, I guess they were having water issues. I don't know. Once my exam was done, I wanted to pick out and order glasses. They had only one guy in there helping customers and apparently he can only help one at a time because I had to be checked out and measured by the receptionist... read more
I left Lens Crafters for SVS because Lens Crafters isn’t a VSP ‘Premier supplier’. I’m really glad I did because SVS turned out to great! I I liked the staff and I got a great deal on my new glasses.
A++ The entire staff was friendly, professional and went over and above to help! From the manager, the optician and finally the person who helps you pick your glasses they all took the time to listen and answer my questions. It’s refreshing to actually experience customer servicing at it’s best!!
