I called today to make an appointment for an eye exam. The first woman I spoke to I believe her name was Maryann? Very rude. Upon answering I told her I “possibly” wanted to make an appointment, really just used that word because it’s so hard to get into places anymore, and she sounded confused then asked what I wanted? This was the closest eyeglass place during a snowstorm. I have bad eyesight and accidentally fell asleep with my glasses on, so I needed an adjustment. But company policy says you have to buy them from there for any adjustment…so back into the snowstorm I go to try again.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. They had an excellent selection of frames and I had no trouble finding several great styles! I 100% recommend the Saint Clair Shores SVS on Harper Ave.
We've been using SVS for years. The staff is Awesome, very knowledgeable in all the aspects of glasses, contacts and examinations. They also carry a huge variety of frames in all price ranges. Two 👍👍.
It's unfortunate that these places can't seem to get their information together. They have no problem wasting people's time or money. I called ahead of time to see if I needed to set an appointment to pick up my contacts. I was told NO! So I took the time to drive in to pick them up, only to be told once I was there that I needed an appointment AND A CLASS!
