I love this place! The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. They always go above and beyond. I've never waited more than 5-10mins to see the doctor. They've fixed my frames when they needed new nose pads, and replaced my lenses when I cracked them on accident. Angie is great and always helps find the best pricing and they work with you when it comes to the cost. I 10 out of 10 recommend this location. I've been coming for years and have never had anything below a phenomenal experience.
Bumming. Everybody here was super nice but they absolutely botched my eye exam. Got a new prescription from them for my eyes after 10 years of not having any adjustments, ordered 2 pairs of new glasses, put them on, and my vision was terrible. Put my old scratched up glasses back on, could see better. Welp, throwing new glasses away, what a waste of money.
Always very friendly, helpful and patient. I love how they take the time to actually explain things and help you get what you are looking for. Highly recommend.
I called today to make an appointment for an eye exam. The first woman I spoke to I believe her name was Maryann? Very rude. Upon answering I told her I “possibly” wanted to make an appointment, really just used that word because it’s so hard to get into places anymore, and she sounded confused then asked what I wanted? So I explained I was due for an eye exam and she was like “Okay?
