Jose’ at the SVS store on maple road in Troy was fabulous. He was kind, knowledgeable and very courteous. He is 10.+ Great job Jose’.
I had the best experience with the staff! My experience with Porsha and Jose was such a good. I saw the doctor on Wednesday of last week and my glasses were ready in a week. Customer service was great and SVS needs hire more staff like those 2. I will recommend and be a customer as long as they are employed by SVS.
After having a not so great experience at another SVS location, I went to the Troy location where the manager Porshia took very good care of me! She was patient and went out of her way to call various SVS stores to find the frame I was looking for. This was a superior customer service experience!
Prompt, polite service and a very nice exam with some high tech equipment.
