Jose’ was AMAZING! Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in forever! He was very patient, helpful, and kind. He helped me try on multiple pairs of eyeglasses and helped me decided which ones I really liked. He explained my insurance to me and all of my options. We laughed the entire time. I recently had an eye exam at SVS Vision and was very disappointed with the experience. After completing the exam, I requested a copy of my eyeglass prescription — something I am legally entitled to under the FTC’s Eyeglass Rule. Shockingly, they refused to provide it. Withholding a prescription after an exam is not only inconvenient, it's unethical and against federal regulations. I get a call at minimum once a month from this place. It’s been like 3 years since I’ve booked an appointment at this place due to their lack of accessibility for people who work during office hours. I’m not taking an entire day off work just to get my eyes checked (I’m required to get dilation so I also can’t drive myself and thus am not asking my fiancé to take an entire day off work just to DRIVE me to my eye appointment and bring me back home).
