I called ahead and went to this place to pick out glasses. I knew what time they called. I also knew it would not take me long to pick out frames. The entire tme they were helping me a man kept telling me over and over they are closing at 5 which the last time he told me that was about 20 mins away and they had plenty of associates and not a lot of customers. When I complained over the guy telling me over and over about the time he locked the case and I could not look at glasses. The manager did nothing.
This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had at a medical facility. My son and I arrived at 10:53 AM for a 10:45 appointment—one minute past the grace period—and were still denied service, despite an empty waiting room. The staff member showed no courtesy, flexibility, or concern for patient care. Her attitude was unnecessarily harsh and reflects poorly on the SVS Center. Patients deserve better than this level of treatment.

Jose’ was AMAZING! Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in forever! He was very patient, helpful, and kind. He helped me try on multiple pairs of eyeglasses and helped me decided which ones I really liked. He explained my insurance to me and all of my options. We laughed the entire time. Very good service, Jose’. Thank you.
