I get a call at minimum once a month from this place. It’s been like 3 years since I’ve booked an appointment at this place due to their lack of accessibility for people who work during office hours. I’m not taking an entire day off work just to get my eyes checked (I’m required to get dilation so I also can’t drive myself and thus am not asking my fiancé to take an entire day off work just to DRIVE me to my eye appointment and bring me back home). You make an appointment for 1130. They call you the day before to let you know if you can’t make it. They need to know so they can reschedule your appointment. You show up for your appointment and they tell you it’s at least another half hour to 45 minutes before you’re even seen. As you sit there and wait nobody even pays attention to you do not schedule anything at this office if you value Your time. Staff is completely rude.
Not worth the savings. Low prices but low quality service. I pay out of pocket for vision and do not have insurance. This was specified when making my appointment. I arrived to find out my appointment was canceled for not providing insurance information. After a discussion I was rescheduled and in person confirmed I would be paying out of pocket. I was very disappointed with this establishment. I came in because I am from out of town and had brought with me the arms/handles I had the previous optical place order and send to me here in Michigan. I asked the people working there if they could put the arms/handles on the glasses for me because I was from out of town and was here on a long term assignment. It is never open! Make sure you call before going to this location, it is always closed at random times, random days, they clearly never update the open hours on google, they over charge for eye exams because they forcefully mark everything as a contact lenses exam and the manager gives you attitude if you say something... the West Bloomfield location is a million times better!
