Very professional and extremely helpful!
Sadly SVS seems annoyed by customers and not pleasant or helpful. My eye exam was incorrect and just refilled last year prescription. Spend $700 for glasses and you just seem to bother them. Took two months to get glasses. Find a better place!
Sadly SVS seems annoyed by customers and not pleasant or helpful. My eye exam was incorrect and just refilled last year prescription. Spend $700 for glasses and you just seem to bother them. Took two months to get glasses. I had one day to make sure they were good, because of their delays and disregard. One day. Find a better place!
Customer service is terrible from last year! Horrible staff. They shut the store down for lunch but tell you to come early for exams! Sadly my glasses are made wrong but staff blames me. Now I have to waste another week to get new eye example because it’s the doctor’s fault too. Then I must waste two more weeks to get new glasses! I expect a discount for wasting my time and making trips. Horrible people
