Prompt, polite service and a very nice exam with some high tech equipment.
Made an appointment for almost 2 weeks out that SVS canceled with no notification. Arrived for my appointment was was told that it was canceled because it was booked incorrectly. What does that even mean? I've been going to SVS for 25 years and this is the second time in 2 months they have failed.
A ripp off place!! They were supposed to refund me $93 but instead I was refunded just $12!!! And no matter how much I tried to ask them my money back and telling them they had confirmed me that they will refund me that amount, they kept telling that is what their "system" is telling them to charge!!! A REALLY RIP OFF PLACE... When they quote you for something, they are supposed to charge you exactly that amount. I have gone to this site before without insurance. However this time I had to give them my medical which I told them would not cover the eye exam. The staff was rude and said they canceled my appointment. I will not be going back.
I called ahead and went to this place to pick out glasses. I knew what time they called. I also knew it would not take me long to pick out frames. The entire tme they were helping me a man kept telling me over and over they are closing at 5 which the last time he told me that was about 20 mins away and they had plenty of associates and not a lot of customers. When I complained over the guy telling me over and over about the time he locked the case and I could not look at glasses. The manager did nothing.
