Customer service is terrible from last year! Horrible staff. They shut the store down for lunch but tell you to come early for exams! Sadly my glasses are made wrong but staff blames me. Now I have to waste another week to get new eye example because it’s the doctor’s fault too. Then I must waste two more weeks to get new glasses! I expect a discount for wasting my time and making trips. Horrible people

gave me an incredibly wrong prescription. Almost had me pay an extra $100 for bifocals i didn't need. Left me having to pay for an exam at a different eye doctor as i didn't believe him, only to find out the 2 perceptions i've gotten from SVS vision (two seperate locations) are incredibly off. A waste of time and your money. I luckily got a refund for the 300 glasses i got there but not the money for the exams
Jose’ at the SVS store on maple road in Troy was fabulous. He was kind, knowledgeable and very courteous. He is 10.+ Great job Jose’.
I had the best experience with the staff! My experience with Porsha and Jose was such a good. I saw the doctor on Wednesday of last week and my glasses were ready in a week. Customer service was great and SVS needs hire more staff like those 2. I will recommend and be a customer as long as they are employed by SVS.
