Great place to get new glasses, the optometrist are great and do a great job providing your a complete report. The staff, Jennifer is a great member who helps you pick out the best glasses to meet your needs
Yesterday's experience was awful. The office staff talked about their failing warming machine in front of customers, they failed to reschedule my step-daughter's appointment with my husband and I, spoke badly about another customer within earshot of us, and when I asked for our prescriptions at checkout they handed me two of my husband's and had me sign for both of them. The saving grace was Dr. Gay. He listened, paid attention and his calm demeanor were all critical to us even considering coming back there again.
Jennifer was the most knowledgeable optician I’ve ever worked with. My son loves his new glasses.
I came in 1 day asking for a cloth to wipe glasses. Have been a customer for years. Staff Very rude and "u need to pay for it". ? A piece of cloth?? Then my yr and half $400 my charge glasses with transitional lenses and the works stopped transitioning 2 weeks ago!! Nothing. I went in and I believe it was a Jennifer who waited on me. Rude. Said she'd have manager call me this week. I called yesterday not hearing. Same person answered said no spoke with manager. She said after year they can't guarantee glasses???!!! My husband and I went to get new glasses for my son who has special needs. Jason was great to work with and very patient. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything and understood the kinds of frames that we were looking for, for our son. We definitely plan on coming back for our own prescription glasses.
