Very unhelpful and unbecoming anywhere else but here
Rude, incorrect rx when I picked up my glasses she wouldn't let me take the time to remove my contacts to look through them but instead i had to make another trip. When there all I was told that the glasses were made exactly as the rx should be. However I couldn't even read a billboard while driving, the bifocals i couldn't read or see the instrument panel in the car, the man I talked to all but called me a flat out liar yet no one once put the glasses on me or they would have noticed the bifocals were half through my eyes. ... read more
I recently had an eye exam at SVS Mt. Clemens and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. I appreciated the modern equipment and the clean, comfortable environment. It was clear that they genuinely care about their patients’ eye health. I left feeling confident about my vision care plan and would highly recommend SVS Mt. Clemens to anyone in need of an eye doctor. Truly a 5-star experience!
I have been coming here for the last 17 years! I love it there! The staff is always so helpful when picking out a pair of glasses (especially Marissa, she will be very straightforward) and always try to find the best price for you as well. I really cannot recommend this branch enough!!!!!
