Rude don’t acknowledge you
I am forever grateful that this location does a pressure check (for glaucoma), and set off the alarm bells for me. As a result, my opthamologist got me on eyedrops to bring the pressure down. (No family history of glaucoma neither.) Rx Optical in Allen Park does NOT perform eye pressure checks. Be forewarned. They didn't in Nov 2022 nor in Dec 2024, when I called. Pressure checks are kinda important if U enjoy your sight.

Lady with red hair at front counter was rude. Id had come in for my appointment, she was annoyed that I didn’t answer my phone the day before due to not being available and she left no messages, she proceeded to keep being rude about that
