I dropped my daughter's new frame off to have her script put in on the 4th. I get a text a week later on the 11th at 5:58PM saying her glasses are ready and I can come pick them up. They close at 6:00PM. I go in the next day to get them and no one can find them anywhere.... because her order was put in under someone else's name. I just left the location and the manager Dana. Mason was very helpful with me and I really appreciate her customer service at this location.
