Excellent employee's all super nice and helped me find the right glasses to help me see definitely recommend
I was given the wrong prescription, was told it was fine even though i couldn't see. I schedule a recheck for a week later, a different optometrist confirms that the first one gave me an incorrect prescription, and i am told that they will reorder a new pair in the correct prescription for me. Well, its been a month, i dont have new glasses, and im out like $50 for the pair that isnt my prescription! And this location has been dodging my calls and ignorning voicemails i have left! Showed up to my appointment and told I was called to reschedule as the doctor called off. No call was ever received by me. Never coming back wasting my time and I have to take pto for doctors appointments. Save your time go somewhere else.
I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I Scheduled an appointment for contacts. The office staff seemed aloof. The doctor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable given your proximity to them during the exam. Was texted to let me know that order came in. Went to pick them up and was given only one contact lens with no care kit. I was glad that I preemptively purchased a contact kit. I would like to give them 4 stars, but they NEVER answer the phone. I've been calling and leaving voice messages daily for a week and have not reached anyone or received a call back. Other than that, it's a good establishment
