Dr was rude, not suitable for children with autism, threw my child's files down like it was dirty paper plate. My glasses and contacts came up to over $500.00, both was not the right power, can't use the glasses or the contacts, told me I have to pay more to get it fix even though it's within 45 days.
SVS Vision refused to adjust my glasses because I didn't buy them there. Not cool. I moved ro the area & was due for eye exam. They will Not have my business
Bad experience. Mad and impatient people especially that front desk lady. Second, I spent almost $500 to get eye glasses without microfiber.
I had the worst experience at this location today. The doctor was very rude and inpatient. I brought my 8 yr old for an eye exam and within a few short minutes of sitting with him I knew it was best to leave. He was visibly tired and irritable at the start of our interaction. He did not greet her or introduce himself. He gave her the first task and was instantly agitated that she didn’t do it right. Completely unnecessary and unacceptable.
