I took my my new glasses in to be adjusted because they were crooked, and the Sterling Heights office had them back to me within a few days. The service was excellent! They are super friendly and super helpful!
Went in to get a eye exam and a new pair of glasses. Andy was very helpful and had a good eye for the type of glasses I needed. The whole SVS team at the Sterling Heights location is amazing. Great pricing as well.
Horrible... required to go here and its obvious that there's absolutely no burden on them to provide the right product with reasonable timing. NOT trustworthy.. Customer service was polite

I went to this location in November 2024 for an eye exam due to headaches from looking at screens. Everything went fine with the exam, and when I ordered my glasses, I was told by Anthony that he needed to contact my insurance company and would get back to me. He never did.
