I went to this location in November 2024 for an eye exam due to headaches from looking at screens. Everything went fine with the exam, and when I ordered my glasses, I was told by Anthony that he needed to contact my insurance company and would get back to me. He never did. Great customer service for my daughter and I. Rick and Andy are great to work with. They are both very helpful and kind.
Worst customer service ever. I have worked in the business for many years. I had a legitimate issue I tried to explain only to be told I had no comesence was told I should have answered my phone when they called me...sorry I work in the ER I was taking care if patients. Maybe call me again...sorry sir we tried to call. Rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
They didn't do whst they said they would do. I was lied too.
My visit with the provider was great. She waspolite,efficient and answered all my questions. Unfortunately the support staff was very disappointing. They asked if I had my insurance card with me and when I pulled it out no one copied it. I was instructed to have a seat and when the provider collected me they remarked about getting my insurance card like I was trying to scam them. They tried to upcharge me for a diabetic exam despite me saying it was not done since I had one done recently. The experience was not pleasant. I c... read more
