Jen was so helpful a.k.a. Jennifer. She was so pleasant to my children help him pack their glasses and was very very patient because you know kids is bad but this is a place where I will recommend to get glasses from From and I will be back.
I used to go to the Mt. Clemens location and they were awesome. I just scheduled an appointment for my daughter over the weekend at the new location for today. Apparently they no longer have ACTUAL doctors that work there in person. The testing was done by remote! It did not indicate in the scheduling that the doctor would be remote either. I am not happy as I only get one visit per year that is covered! How do you have a doctor that needs to look at your eyes just reviewing everything remotely! I won’t go back here again.
