I have gone over Two years without glasses because my I'm insurance will only cover one pair a year and SVS keeps screwing them up so bad that I can see better without them. I even went to a specialist to get the prescription but they screwed them up so bad that if I tilt my head up or down I see double. Terrible service. Paid almost $400 for a pair a glasses that were supposed to be shipped to my house. It’s been a month never received the glasses and they won’t give me a refund or ship another pair

Claimed they shipped my glasses a month ago never received them. Was then given a attitude by a lady on the phone who told me they won’t do anything and I have to call USPS.
