This place is horrible DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I had a very disappointing experience at the SVS Vision location in Mount Clemens. The customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I felt like I was being rushed and dismissed rather than helped. It’s frustrating when you’re spending your time and money somewhere and aren’t treated with basic respect. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Rude, incorrect rx when I picked up my glasses she wouldn't let me take the time to remove my contacts to look through them but instead i had to make another trip. When there all I was told that the glasses were made exactly as the rx should be. However I couldn't even read a billboard while driving, the bifocals i couldn't read or see the instrument panel in the car, the man I talked to all but called me a flat out liar yet no one once put the glasses on me or they would have noticed the bifocals were half through my eyes. ... read more
