Two years ago I got an eye exam and glasses there. I could see better without the glasses. After getting another exam there I still couldn't see as good with the glasses as I could without them. I figured it was the person who did the exams fault. This time I went to a specialist for the exam and I could see nearly perfect with the final lenses used in the exam. Front desk was warm and welcoming my issue was the person that took me back before I saw the doctor was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. I believe she was angry because I had my 6 month old with me at my appointment who mind you didn’t make a peep the entire time. I had a very unprofessional experience at this location today. The receptionist was dismissive and rolled her eyes while I was explaining a simple safety glasses order. Another employee took over but was also unhelpful. There were multiple employees present and no one stepped in to handle the situation properly, which made the experience worse.
