This is the UAW provider for eyeglasses etc. I have glasses that were 2 years old purchased from this location. Took them in for adjustment as they were sliding off my nose. Latoya overheated them and the lenses were ruined. I was leaving for vacation within 2 days. I was given a free exam and told the lenses would be replaced with the new script. Great customer service. They knew exactly what my insurance covered. They helped me chose which glasses looked best on me. Their price was fantastic. Way less then the big box store that I purchased my glasses from.
I was treated very well, better than other SVS places, great selection and they helped my shop for a cheaper frame. spent time with me, and the Manager Vito was excellent. I got my glasses in only two days! when ordering safety most places take more than a month to see you. great group ,Mary was my consultant ask for her very helpful!
The staff at this location has gone above and beyond my expectations for eye care!!! Not only do they care about you as a patient but as a person as well. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by all of the staff members at once, it was quite pleasant! Their doctor, Dr. Roula is very personable and very good at what she does! Today, 10/06/2017, was my first visit to an SVS Vision office. I'm a guy, and I hate doctors' offices and shopping. However, my experience at this vision center was amazing. Dr. Eric Balthaser was my doctor (believe there are three at this location), and he spent time discussing my exam results in detail. He discussed different contact options, and he listened to my usage history with both contact and glasses. I bought glasses august 2015. three months later they broke and I took them back in. I was told that davis vision had no warranty on the glasses I bought. so I glued them together and 2 weeks ago when they were beyond glue I asked if I could buy a new frame. I was told no, davis vision wouldn't sell me the frame. SVS offered to sell me a new pair for $174.00. I called davis vision to complain and they told me that they do sell the frames and I was allowed a new frame for 20% off AND my glasses had a one year warranty!!!!! th... read more
Dr. Z was wonderful with my kids, the staff in the showroom extremely helpful as well. So impressed I referred my mom and she was also very happy with her experience.
My son and I were both had appointments this morning. I get there early and this family of four who was late for their appointment got taken back first. My appointment was at 10:30. 11:30 rolls around and they still hadn't seen one of the four people, my baby had just woken up, and my older son was about to miss lunch.
