Customer service for days!!! I had all kinds of battery issues and Steve was right there with me all the way to the end. I cannot speak highly enough about SVS!
Ordered a wheel from them. Opened the box to find cuts and a huge flat spot/bend with mark on the wheel. Instantly reached out to them and was told that someone would be in touch to ship it back. I had to send follow up emails to get a return label and while they did send a label, they all but said I did something to damage the wheel because it "was packed with extra padding and the box looked fine". Ya, but apparently someone at the factory either messed it up or packed a return because it was jacked when I opened the box. ... read more

FedEx failed to deliver our winch mount we ordered (through Amazon) and delivered it to an address an hour and a half away after “failing” to deliver it to our address for TEN DAYS. After the “delivery” we got in touch with Steve who was very understanding and kind about the situation. He even offered to ship out a new one today if we wanted. These are good people and we would not hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you Steve for your help!
