FedEx failed to deliver our winch mount we ordered (through Amazon) and delivered it to an address an hour and a half away after “failing” to deliver it to our address for TEN DAYS. After the “delivery” we got in touch with Steve who was very understanding and kind about the situation. He even offered to ship out a new one today if we wanted. These are good people and we would not hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you Steve for your help!
Order a fendor eliminator , got shipped to the wrong address and honestly think my package got stolen, sent many emails before getting contacted back from a tech that was very rude. Basically told me that I could purchase another one and that if, let me say that again if they receive the item back then they would refund my money. Very poor customer service. My package got lost contacted Steven on the phone he was rude & no help & told me i dont have to keep calling somebody will call you back. Well when you call in the morning & dont hear nothing & its mid afternoon i will keep calling. Then get a email saying its the post office issue but my package had insurance on it. Never deal w/ out siders again i rather oay few more dollars local & deal w/ SVS
