Great parts store. I ordered on tuesday and I picked it up after 3 days. Saved my weekend! Rubber on my new oil seals smells noticably fresh. If you want parts fast, don't want to gamble with old stock on ebay, and all at a good price these are your guys.
Good folks over at SVS PowerSports. Their customer service is true blue. Special shout out to Steve for going above and beyond for me. Give them a try. I did.
I was in need of a motorcycle battery and this place SVSMS had what I was looking for so I ordered one and ordered the wrong size but arrived damaged from shipping even though it arrived in 3 days ! Lightning fast but I figured dam this is going to take forever but wow thanks Steve they had my replacement battery here in 3days!!! Who would have thought!!! Customer service for days!!! I had all kinds of battery issues and Steve was right there with me all the way to the end. I cannot speak highly enough about SVS!
Ordered a wheel from them. Opened the box to find cuts and a huge flat spot/bend with mark on the wheel. Instantly reached out to them and was told that someone would be in touch to ship it back. I had to send follow up emails to get a return label and while they did send a label, they all but said I did something to damage the wheel because it "was packed with extra padding and the box looked fine". Ya, but apparently someone at the factory either messed it up or packed a return because it was jacked when I opened the box. ... read more
