Rick was very easy to work with, and the service was top-notch. When I received the car back, everything in the engine bay was nicely cleaned up, which I really appreciated. I did notice a discrepancy on the billing, but it was resolved immediately without any hassle. The staff appears knowledgeable, and I’m looking forward to continuing to use them as my go-to Volvo mechanic.

Went to these people 2 times. The first time took 2 weeks to get a part in then they tell me my car is ready I come out there and my car doesn’t work. 3 days later they tell me it’s ready then acted like I should have waited when they called me..2nd time had a battery issue again went to them they put a dent on my car. I called this auto shop to ask for the price of an oil change. Instead of a straightforward answer, I was told to continue via text message. Fine. Then I received a message asking for my email, home address, license plate number, VIN, and name. Isn’t that a bit too much just to get a simple oil change quote?
