I called this auto shop to ask for the price of an oil change. Instead of a straightforward answer, I was told to continue via text message. Fine. Then I received a message asking for my email, home address, license plate number, VIN, and name. Isn’t that a bit too much just to get a simple oil change quote? I have had multiple volvos and have always taken them to SVS. Never had a concern, provides me the necessary Information to make an informed decision and what work needs to be done or can wait.
SVS service is just BEYOND. I called them in a panic when I was traveling in the area and my Volvo broke down. Despite not knowing me from Adam, Rick went above and beyond to help me analyze the problem and figure out how to move forward with repairing, towing, making a claim with Volvo, etc. In the end, after at least an hour or 2 of helping me, Rick wound up referring me elsewhere!!
