Their online site is terrible. Don't buy anything off of it. They took several weeks to fulfill my order, then they shipped me the wrong parts (sent incompatible Viking parts for my Pfaff). I contacted them and requested a return, they were supposed to email me a return label but I'm going on 2 more weeks waiting for that (and yes, I've been checking my spam folder) This has been a 6 week process, and I was excited for my new parts but now I'm just over it all and ready to file a chargeback on my credit card. DO NOT BUY A HUSQVARNA VIKING sewing machine. The return policy is a mere 10 days. I experienced mechanical problems at 60 days. Repair turn around is 3-4 weeks and not any machine mechanic can get parts only their authorized repair places, SO if your warranty is out expect to pay premium prices for repairs.
