This therapy is amazing! Lisa is amazing! I have done 2 sessions now and will continue to do them. The inner peace I feel is so gratifying. I have recalled the “sounds” to get me through various difficult moments. In addition, I deal with chronic kidney stones and after each session I have had unbelievable amounts of urine pass unlike my normal routine. All I can say is do something special for yourself and try it. I honestly think you will be forever grateful you did!
I had booked a private session for my daughter in the past to releive stress. She enjoyed it so much she told me of the sound bath sessions each month and said she would like to go. I myself went last night with a group , and was truly amazed. I could feel my body responding instantly. The sounds just carries you into a beautiful peacefulness.

Life. Changing. Whatever you go into this expecting it to be, it will be so much more. Lisa is exceptionally skilled, with a broad depth of knowledge. She truly does seek to understand the universe, but also takes time to understand the person she is working with. This is something she loves to do, and it reflects on the experience.
