POTENTIAL TENATS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS BEWARE!! This company is poorly managed, and tries to take the cheapest possible route on any work that is performed. Cheap work = poor service. I am a service provider in Texas and I performed a rushed service for this company and it has been 45 days since the service was performed with no payment and all contact has been severed by this company. Terrible Management. Patronizing, does not help at all and complains if you ask for help. Did not provide Covid relief when many other companies did. Does not take care of the properties it manages without me as a tenant calling and asking for help. Do not rent with them or use them for your business!
Payton Kelly and Alex provost are never responding and Alex calls me and when I called him back he had no answers and sounded very unprofessional. Payton never responds, never answers about cost of retail per month ect.. would never ever contact them ever ever again! Very unprofessional I guess they don’t want to make money!!
