Mr. Martin, I talked to your wife later after no one responded. She said she wrote down the wrong number. I was very nice and she got very defensive. All I wanted to know was why no one was interested in listing a $140,000 commercial property. I did not disparage you or any of the Realtors who failed to respond. I called six realtors. Never heard back from five. Kristin Danheiser from FC Tucker returned my call, listed my property and sold it in two days.
This company told me and my roommate that we could not use the garage even though it said on the ad that we could and there associates are very rude when you call to report a problem. They have way to many terms and conditions and they have you fix any problems under$50. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is just looking to settle down in a nice rental
