Lincoln square townhomes uses bully tactics with individual tenants and reports stories to other companies without explaining that the document that they filed is not signed by both parties(illegal) The head tenant never signed the lease. I lived here for years of constant flooding in my apartment and the ceiling falling in,after 5 attempts to patch it up and right back to ceiling pieces in my hair,mold in my walls and septic tank flooding my apt 3 times a week.
