This company does not care about their tenants. I resided at Carriage House for one and a half months before ending my lease early (without penalty) due to them violating my warranty of habitability. In that short period of time, I experienced rotting floors, a hole in my bathroom ceiling that was covered with a drop tile prior to my move-in date, a completely water damaged bathroom, maggots, roaches, etc. All of this with no proper maintenance follow-up. Long story short---do not rent at any property they own.
Didn’t even get to sign the lease yet, but a lot of the things they do so far seem iffy. Wouldn’t be surprised if they ghost you after signing or enter your apartment whenever
