We really like Jordan because he stuck it out with us through a very rough sale of our apartment complex. He did not give up on us through several false starts with potential Buyers. He pays attention to detail. We highly recommend Jordan!
Mismanagement adventures for nearly a year has no communication, discrimination is a key attribute. Contractual breaks are a must. Maintenance contractor is pompous with lack of drive or knowledge hidden with sarcasm. Professional reports are updating. 3 ring circus for this one.
Called this company to list a commercial property I own. Andrew Keef informs me that based on where the property is located, he would have to do everything remotely. I have to take the pictures and I have to tour all prospective buyers that they schedule. For all of my efforts to essentially do all of the work, they would get 100% of their 6% commission fee.
