please beware of this company, they will rent to you then make you pay a bunch of fees for nothing that concerns your business. they rented to an automotive repair shop then towed cars that are there to be repaired. they also are charging us a cam fee. I rent 2 units and pay over 600 a month in cam charges, these charges are for maintenance of property. lease says my rent only covers my bay area, 1000 sq ft yet they put it on their renters to pay for all stuff done outside the bay but tow your vehicles that are parked outsid... read more
