Dr Schwartz is my primary physician, and I highly recommend him. His diagnosis is excellent and he will always listen to his patients and communicate well with them.
Have been a patient here with the same doctor for over 25 years. The quality of care has declined. Unhelpful front desk personnel, one of whom I got so frustrated with on the phone one day I regretfully ended up cursing out. The director of the facility did call me and apologized to me. Now as well there is a constrained type of care from my doctor since a number of years past (Medicare may be the problem?) It is nearly impossible to get info one may need from this facility, or even to simply make an appointment - some kind ... read more
When I moved my parents here 2 years ago from Florida I chose Northshire as their primary care. Both had serious health issues that needed to be addressed long term. I cannot express enough how much SVMC and especially Northshire has done for them both. The Nurses and Doctors are compassionate, knowledgeable, and my Parents conditions are much improved due to the care that they are receiving. Thank You so much for the work that you do!

While the care from my primary care doctor is great, the front desk staff is consistently frustrating and often rude. I can't get a family member in for an important health concern for 9 months, and the front desk staff were unwilling to offer alternatives or help in any way after I had asked for assistance. Unacceptable.
