I’ve used this company twice. First Eddie came out sometime last year, and today I had Blue come by. Both workers displayed great customer service, and I plan to use this company in the future. Keep up the great work!
Had a strange experience with this company. I called to schedule a checkup as my HVAC was not cooling optimally. I spoke to the receptionist and was upfront about what unit I had and the circumstances of said unit. I also told her I verified that I was still under warranty with the original manufacturer of the unit and intended on using the manufacturer warranty. I had a great experience with this company. This was probably the best experience I had with an air conditioning company in Delano. I called the office and from there I was able to contact David. David helped me out and kept me up-to-date through the entire process. Eddie was the worker that installed the new blower motor, and I was offered a good parts and labor warranty.
