Kris Svingen and Steven Rufer out of Fergus Falls, MN are both crooked as the day is long. I was in a will of a woman that lived to be 100 years old. She was diagnosed by a Doctor with dementia/Alzheimer's at 80 years old. Steven Rufer went in, changed her will when she was at the age of 90 and did not give any notice of any of the parties in the original will that this was done.
