Came for facial skin care - friendly, excellent staff. Beautiful and clean facility!
I really cannot describe how wonderful and TRUSTWORTHY this place is! Dr. Jerome Liu made my face look the same while simultaneously making a huge subtle difference. Not a place for facials. They advertise that they will give skin consultation when you get facial but consultation was just what does the specific facial that you chose do lol. Way too overpriced.
ALERT: They no longer specialize in trans gender affirming care. Dr. Beck is no longer involved in Bay Area procedures and treatments even though they still claim to be specialists in trans surgeries with Dr. Beck all over their website. Be careful out there folks, make sure you find doctors who specialize in your gender affirming care!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Liu and his team. They were all incredibly professional, warm, accommodating of my last-minute changes, and very thorough when answering my multitude of questions. Getting a cosmetic procedure was a big step for me, and I felt supported the whole way. My results are stellar, and I couldn't be happier. Many thanks to Dr. Liu!
