I would like to take a moment to recognize Dr Davenport. I have been seeing her for about a year and she has solved several problems in that time period. She is always concise with answers and questions and has come to very satisfactory resolutions for me on each issue. I have seen several doctors come and go at this facility and I am very hopeful that she will be my medical professional for years to come. If you don't mind multiple reschedules and the girls at the check in window wearing tons of perfume and med refills called in late or not at all.. then perfect! I've been a patient of the practice since mid '90s when it was across the street from the Pittsfield Library and it's changed so much since Dr Margolskee sold it to the hospital but it's in town and it's close to home so I stay
Always treated with respect and professionalism. Caring office staff as well as the nurses and providers. I love my NP Emily C....she is always there for me when needed. I love the patient portal! Easy to use and quick. response
Would be nice if someone ANYONE would pick up the phone!
