We were in town visiting family and our breaks started acting up. Called a few different dealerships trying to see who had an opening and they were about the only place where a person was on the other end of the line. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy and once there they took the car right back. There is a diagnostic fee, but they were upfront about that when I had the car in (fee was taken off when they did the repair work) and their's was the cheapest one around. Not my experience with service as I work for SVG, HOWEVER, I have seen first-hand how professionally and efficiently they take care of their customers including taking care of me in helping me find what I'm picking up when they're not too busy
