I felt the service department manager was rude. I had an oil change performed, my vehicle then leaked oil on my garage floor. I took the vehicle back the next day to be told I would need an appointment just for them to take a look at the work they performed. Ultimately, they did look at the vehicle that day but in my opinion, it was not a pleasant experience. It is unlikely that I will ever go back or buy a vehicle from SVG.
